FAQ
Why isn't online payment supported?
To reduce initial operational costs and technical complexity, we use LINE Customer Service combined with offline transfers. This approach avoids payment API integration, transaction fees, and compliance costs, allowing us to focus resources on product optimization.
How long after transfer will the plan be activated?
After customer service confirms receipt of payment, the package will be activated or points added within 24 hours. Service may be delayed on holidays; please contact us during business hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Do points expire?
Yes. Different point packages have varying validity periods (30–180 days). Please use all points before expiration. Unused points will expire automatically and cannot be refunded or extended.
Do you support issuing invoices?
Yes. Paid users can provide their Unified ID and contact information via "Contact Us." We will issue an e-invoice and email it to you.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-term?
Yes. If you upgrade from Creator to Pro, we'll refund the prorated difference for remaining months in points.
